Practice, built together
Some practices become more meaningful when there is time to make them personal. These sessions are created around you: one-to-one, with someone close to you, or with a private group. We start with a conversation about what brings you here, what you would like to explore and what your body, breath and life are asking for right now. From there, I create a practice specifically for you.
It can be movement: hatha, vinyasa, restorative yoga, aerial or PhysiYoga, with a particular focus on mobility, strength, anatomy or returning to movement after a break or injury. It can be quieter: meditation, Tibetan singing bowls and sound, or conscious breathwork, where we can look at your current breathing patterns and gradually develop a practice around them. And often, it becomes a combination of several of these.
I have been teaching and studying yoga since my first teacher training in 2017, with further studies in hatha yoga in India, PhysiYoga, anatomy and mobility, breathwork and meditation, sound, aerial yoga and accessible practices. Learning remains an important part of how I teach: understanding the body more deeply, studying philosophy and continuously adding tools that allow me to meet different people in different ways.
Over the years, I have held space for people of different ages and backgrounds: in individual sessions, regular yoga classes, teacher trainings, retreats in Switzerland and abroad, private groups, corporate settings and team offsites. That experience has taught me that there is rarely one practice that fits everyone. I am interested in finding the one that makes sense for you.
Private sessions & groups
We can work together through a single session or an ongoing practice. Sessions can be created for individuals, couples, friends and private groups, as well as for birthdays, celebrations, transitions or other moments you would like to mark intentionally.
Your session includes the time to discuss what you need, preparation of a tailored practice and the session itself. For ongoing work, the practice can continue to evolve as we learn more together.
Sessions can take place at the studio in Niederdorf, online or at another location depending on what we create.
Tell me a little about yourself, your group or the practice you have in mind, and we can build it from there.
-> Send me an email :)
With love,
Guka
