Consciously connect your breathing with vigorous movement, and tune into deep stretch and relaxation. This evening class is dedicated to you: after a long, hard day, this is your time to reconnect with your true self. We’ll create a steady internal breathing rhythm while flowing through sun salutations, standing poses, backbends and a few yin poses to ease and release.
Sunday morning vinyasa flow yoga practice under the sky in the heart of Zurich. Imagine fresh morning air in the cosy backyard of the hotel located in the heart of Zurich. In the surrounding of the trees, I will be honoured to guide you through breathing exercises, sun salutations, asana practice and will let you restore in the savasana under the morning sky.
I would love to dedicate this gathering to the children from Ramanas Garden. Therefore all money collected that evening will be transferred to this foundation. Every amount matters as the list of needs is endless.
