Ease & Release

Sleepless nights are over...

"A recent survey found that more people are sleeping less than six hours a night, and sleep difficulties visit 75% of us at least a few nights per week. A short-lived bout of insomnia is generally nothing to worry about. The bigger concern is chronic sleep loss, which can contribute to health problems such as weight gain, high blood pressure, and a decrease in the immune system's power, reports the Harvard Women's Health Watch*."

Meditation. Intro note.

“Meditation will not carry you to another world, but it will reveal the most profound and awesome dimensions of the world in which you already live. Calmly contemplating these dimensions and bringing them into the service of compassion and kindness is the right way to make rapid gains in meditation as well as in life.” – Zen Master Hsing Yun

India. People

Places play a special role in my travels, they become the landscape of all the moments which then become memories. However, same as the places, it is the people who mean a lot to me. Humans I come across, while exploring this world, are usually an essential factor making my experiences so valuable. That trip hasn’t been different in this sense.

India. Ashram

When I visualise my time in India, I see it all in terms of a few different categories: places, people, and moments. I feel an urge to start my story by describing a place, one of the most important aspects of my memories from this period. A place that became my home.
