This evening practice will be dedicated to evening rituals supporting your sleep. Join this soothing practice including a gentle sequence of movement, breathing exercises, aromatherapy and guided meditation.
The benefits of yoga are numerous, but mainly it is known for calming the body and the mind. This leads to a better sleep that is definitely influencing the quality of life. Research conducted by Harvard University found that "(...) over 55% of people who did yoga found that it helped them get better sleep. Over 85% said yoga helped reduce stress."
